Order Processing, Shipping & Return Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 4–6 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a notification with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Information

  • All orders include tracking.

  • Free shipping is available on orders over $35 that include stickers, keychains and bookmarks only. Free shipping cannot currently be offered on other products such as t-shirts or coffee mugs.

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

International Orders

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

We are not currently able to sell to countries in the EU due to the GPSR requirements. This is something that we are actively working on, and hope to be able to change in the future!

Delays & Lost Packages

Once your package has been shipped, it is in the hands of the postal service. We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If your order is delayed or missing, please contact your local post office to file a claim.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted for shipping issues or buyer error. If there is a problem with your order (such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product), please contact us at alittlecraftyfoxshop@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist you.
